Hold a bachelor's degree or above in hospitality management or other related fields
At least 5 years experience in similar position with direct experience in an upscale hotel and high volume of banquet operation
Good Knowledge in hotel?s banquet operation management and restaurant management would be a plus
Good attitude, open mind, problem solving and service mind
Proficiency in MS-Office and Micros would be a plus
Uphold a good presentation skill
Able to communicate well in English
Manage banquet operation to ensure a problem-free event and maintain a high level of guest service.
Monitor and control the overall cost adhere with the policy.
Lead and motivate the team to maximize the work performance and morale.
Handling guests complaint and ensure it well solved in diplomatic manner and guests are satisfied with the service recovery
Be a team player to coordinate with other departments
Maintain the good condition of banquet facilities and equipment
Continuously improvement for quality and its operation.
